Meet Sandy Stahl

Over the past 25 years Sandy has worked diligently to serve the real estate needs of her many friends and clients throughout Santa Barbara County with referrals from former clients and other agents making up a large part of her business. As a result, Sandy has steadily ranked as one of the top agents with Sotheby’s International Realty in Montecito and Santa Barbara. She also ranks in the top 1% out of 42,000 agents across the world with National Realty Trust (NRT), parent company to Sotheby’s International Realty and Coldwell Banker.

Professional Background

As a resident of Montecito since 1982, Sandy has dedicated herself to both her clients and her community helping buyers and sellers meet a wide range of real estate goals. Serving a broad spectrum, of both residential and ranch properties, she is highly familiar with the many different areas throughout Santa Barbara County and the benefits, climate and amenities indigenous to each of them. She is also very well informed and a valuable resource regarding Santa Barbara area schools, both public and private.

Sandy grew up in Beverly Hills and attended Beverly Hills High School. She continued on and received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Master of Science in Education from the University of Southern California.

Her involvement with the community dates back to the 1980s when she was involved with Childhelp USA, StopAIDS (the first local effort to help AIDS victims), and through the years as part of CASA, Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation, Girls Inc., Notes for Notes, Santa Barbara Bowl Foundation and, most recently, Casa Serena.
